Tshepiso is passionate about the role and social impact of business and art in society. Her professional strengths are: corporate social marketing, business development and corporate art consulting. 

 For the past 19 years she has worked locally and internationally with corporate blue chip companies, government departments, embassies and cultural institutions, in her drive to effect social change through the arts. She has also helped to develop art collections for corporate entities, foundations and private residences. 

 During this time, Tshepiso spent 10 years travelling the continent, working in collaboration with governmental departments in international relations, to showcase the best of African Contemporary Art in the continent and the Diaspora.

 Tshepiso also recently worked with an international financial institution in conceptualizing an online exhibition and a catalogue that focuses on African women and youth, and addresses issues of gender based violence.
