Believing that governance and communication are key to the success of projects involving change, Kate has developed tools and methods for engaging end-users in processes that are unfamiliar to them. She works with our team to deliver workplace strategy services and design concepts.

Kate is an associate and her core area of interest is design that supports organisations undergoing change. Past experience in this field includes her role as Director of Interior Design UK for DEGW, a leading global workplace consultancy. Kate also contributed the ‘model fit out brief’ for the second edition of Managing the Brief for Better Design, co-written by Alastair Blyth and John Worthington.
