Azola Mayekiso

Non-Executive Director

Azola has taken a sabbatical from her accomplished financial services career in order to focus on her entrepreneurial interests and pursue her passion of mentorship and youth development. 

An experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services and the non-profit organization management industry, Azola has filled such commendable roles as CEO of Sanlam Investment Management (SIM), one of South Africa's most reputable investment management companies, amongst others. 

She is currently a non- executive director of Afrika Tikkun (an NPO), and was recently appointed on a 3 year assignment as a mentor to PhD Scholars funded by the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation based in Canada. She is also an IWF (International Women’s Forum) Fellow.
