Betapoint successfully manages DRA Global’s new Woodmead office for Growthpoint

Betapoint recently project managed the design and renovation of DRA Global’s new South African headquarters, located in the Woodlands Office Park in Johannesburg.

This project was successfully completed on behalf of Growthpoint Properties, working in collaboration with Farrow Laing Quantity Surveyors, Paragon Group, Conscius Electrical Consulting Engineers, Tiber Construction, SFT and Zutari.

DRA’s new head office consolidates approximately 1200 team members into one integrated space, having previously been located across four separate buildings.
